CRG’s energy portfolio consist of Oil but very importantly also of large reserves of Natural Gas, both resources play an important role in the daily lives of people around the world.
As a resources company we face daily challenges. The world needs or desires our products but at the same time natural resource extraction is a business stigmatized with destruction and abuse. The resources we explore and produce are finite, by no means renewable so our commitment is to deliver the resources in the most advanced, sustainable and responsible manner adhering to the highest standards determined by science and technology. After all, the environment is the highest good and it is our responsibility to manage that good for future generations to the best of our ability.
Our Corporate Governance Guidelines are based on current elements but are forward looking is many ways demonstrating the basis of the company’s Guidelines as a soon to be public entity. The Board of Directors has adopted the following guidelines to promote the effective governance of the Company. The Board will also review and amend these guidelines as it deems necessary or appropriate.
On behalf of the Company’s shareholders, the Board is responsible for overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the Company. The Board acts as the ultimate decision-making body of the Company, except on those matters reserved to or shared with the shareholders of the Company under the laws of Delaware.
