Rolf has over 30 years of professional experience as a business consultant, board member and investor. As a book author, he has written two books in his main domain ”Private Equity” and ”International Finances“. His last book ”The arrogance of money” published by Oesch Verlag Zurich, was published in 2009. Today he serves as Chairman on the Boards of several American, Asian and European companies that are active in the resources and consumer goods industries.
Thomas is the CEO of Hess Group International, the founding Private Equity conglomerate of Carraigmore Resources Group, and a board member of companies in the field of natural resources. Prior to that he spent over 10 years in Banking with Credit Suisse in Europe, within Syndication topics as well as advising and consulting entrepreneurs. He received his Bachelor Degree from the University of Applied Sciences of St. Gallen, and is a Certified Wealth Management Adviser
Garry began an investment career in 1978 with the New York Stock Exchange firm of PaineWebber, in crude oil futures, stock portfolios, public oil companies and client relations. He went on to exploration projects in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. From this experience, and with a desire to continue on in a more prolific region, he joined Chasel Energy. He has been the Group’s man on the ground for North American projects since 2007.
Before joining the Carraigmore Group of companies in 2014, Norbert Stocker spent over 30 years in private and investment banking in Europe, North and South America and the Middle East. Since 2005 he has also pursued various opportunities in natural resources companies and he is a member of the board on multiple publicly listed as well as private Mining and Energy companies. He received his MBA in Marketing and Finance from SUNY, Albany.
Martin brings 30 years of experience in banking and investment consulting with a special focus on Eastern Europe. Before joining Credit Suisse, with a mandate to build up, from scratch in 1990, its presence in Russia, Ukraine, Caucasus and Central Asia, he had already specialized his studies on this region, finishing with an MBA at Zurich University. Besides commercial banking, business acquisition and front sales support for precious metals, trade finance and IAM in the region, he consecutively also worked in private banking for other renowned Swiss banks.
In the late 1980s, Markus worked as a key account manager at Xerox Corp before becoming a business consultant and financial planner. In 1995 he acquired the Series 3 license for trading in derivative financial instruments. During this time, the collaboration with Rolf Hess began. Markus has led projects in Asia, ME, US, Russia and Europe. His focus is the development of business opportunities and bringing them together with private and institutional investors. He holds an MBA in finance.
Roman spent over 27 years in Russia where he was developing several Projects over the years. He worked closely with Hopf Servcie Ltd., Olean Group, Beat Curti Media (First international Shopping Mall in Russia), Lukoil, Gazprom and other private investors regarding investment projects in Russia and the CIS. He is holding a Diploma of the Hotel Business School in Lausanne as well as a Bachelor Degree in business administration.
